Disclaimer

San Juan County Court Docket provides general reference information about local court-record custodians and public access channels. It is privately operated and is not a court, clerk, or government office. Official case information remains with the court that keeps the file.

Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. San Juan County Court Docket is not a consumer reporting agency as the Fair Credit Reporting Act defines that term. Information here and on linked tools may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

Privately Operated Reference Site

San Juan County Court Docket is independently operated and has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or authority over a court, clerk’s office, or government agency. It does not maintain an official docket, control court schedules, or operate a court case index.

The relevant court clerk and New Mexico’s official public-access services are the proper sources for records held by the court.

Accuracy of Information

Courts and clerks can change contacts, hours, locations, fees, procedures, and online services. Docket information can also be updated after an entry is made. Although we seek to provide useful routing information, it may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Confirm current procedures directly with the office before going to a counter, requesting a record, or submitting a payment.

Dockets Change, Verify Before You Rely

A docket can change as hearings are scheduled or moved, orders are filed, matters are continued, cases are amended, and access is limited or sealed. A result that appeared at one time may not show the current court status later. Verify a court date, case status, filing, or docket entry with the court or clerk responsible for that case.

A docket entry is a starting point for locating the official source. The court or clerk that keeps the record can confirm the current entry and whether a setting remains in effect.

Verify With the Official Source

No material on this resource is an official court record. When a court date, filing deadline, case status, or disposition matters, obtain confirmation from the clerk or court that owns the file. An official or certified copy must come from that issuing court or clerk.

Not Legal Advice

San Juan County Court Docket does not provide legal advice. It identifies public court-access resources but cannot replace advice from a licensed New Mexico attorney about a pending case, court order, deadline, or legal right.

Third-Party Search Tools

Some pages include search features or links supplied by outside companies. We do not control their results, data practices, prices, availability, or matching methods. A result can be incomplete, outdated, or attached to the wrong case, so it must be verified with the court custodian and remains subject to the FCRA limits stated above.

Outbound Links

Links to court, clerk, and statewide case-access services are supplied for reference. San Juan County Court Docket is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, or policies of an external service.

No Records on This Site

This resource does not host dockets, case files, hearing calendars, orders, or other court records. A requested docket sheet or court record must come from the clerk or court that keeps the case. For a public record not available through the normal access channels, the New Mexico Courts IPRA process directs a written request to the court holding the record, with the information required by NMSA 14-2-8(D).

Supreme Court Order 23-8500-007 separately governs online court-record access and does not make sealed or confidential material available through a private resource, basic Case Lookup, or routine registration.
