About San Juan County Court Docket

San Juan County court information is maintained by the court that owns the case, not by one universal county clerk. District, Magistrate, municipal, and Probate matters have different custodians, while New Mexico Case Lookup supplies a public statewide starting point. This private reference resource organizes those official routes so a reader can identify the right court, find a published schedule, or ask the appropriate clerk for a record.

Why We Built This Site

New Mexico court access is court-specific, and San Juan County has several local routes. Eleventh Judicial District clerks in Aztec and Farmington maintain District Court files. Aztec and Farmington Magistrate clerks maintain their own files, and municipal clerks maintain city dockets. The San Juan County Clerk is the Probate Court clerk and county-record custodian, not the usual keeper of District criminal or civil cases. The New Mexico Case Lookup system helps identify eligible state cases, but a court clerk remains the source for a certified record.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a New Mexico court, clerk, or government agency. There are real limits to what it can provide:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages include search boxes operated by third-party providers. Those companies set their own prices and service terms. A paid signup through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports the resource. The providers control their own results, pricing, and operations.
